Founder and Director, Courtney Blackman, has extensive business and fashion industry experience and worked as the in-house PR and Marketing Director for a London-based fashion designer before founding Forward PR.

Prior to working in the fashion industry, Courtney worked as the Sales and Marketing Director for the Vermont World Trade Office in Vermont, USA, and in Latin America (Costa Rica and the Dominican Republic) on project-based assignments including PR and marketing for a land development company and an administrative overhaul of a US company based in Santo Domingo.  She speaks both Spanish and Italian and has featured in the Mayfair Times, LuxuryFinance, EasyLiving, The Observer, Drapers, The Daily Mail, and on F.TAPE, Glamour.com, Vogue.com and the Today Show.

In conjunction with running Forward PR, Courtney is the Co-Founder & Co-Chairman of Fashion Business Club, and she sits on the advisory board of the Fashion Summit 2009, and the board of the Ethical Fashion Forum.

Forward PR acts a professional intermediary between press, stylists, and both established and emerging top talent; providing excellent customer service in regards to information requests, sample loaning, and anything in between.
